well today it snowed. instead of hiding under my warm blankets, i got my ass up and out of bed so i could get dressed and then showered. i avoid driving in the snow unless its something very important, and today was, i was on a mission. i'm not afraid of driving in the snow, infact i find it fun, but my car is my baby, and as parents know, babies tend to take nice chunks out of your wallet every month. also it is a car and not a truck with 4 wheel drive and big snow tires. off i went anyway, just hoping my fresh paint stayed on my car and not someone elses or even worst a tree. after i reached my second densination for the day i had to hike it 20 min in the snow to get to the out look i wanted to shoot from. problem was there were too many branches in the way so all the shoot were ruined. suckes but not the end of the world. because the drive was a 1/2 hour and a 20 min walk i decided not to give up and try the other side of the creek down on ground level. half hour later i'm standing on the other side pissed because i dont like the angle. so i do the only thing left to do, roll my pant legs up and wade into the creek. needless to say i got the shot i wanted, but next time i think i'll just stay in bed...
